Payment is through either above 2 months discord nitro, paypal
50% upfront, other 50% once the sketch is agreed on.
If financial difficulties arise during the completion of the illustration, please let me know. Something can be worked out. It's always good to plan payments before requesting, but fate is uncertain and no amount of planning could save you from such misfortunes.
After work on the final piece has started, refunds are not available. Chargebacks are prohibited.If you issue a chargeback a public thread will be made and you'll be blacklisted not only from future works of mine but also any artists im in contact with!DEADLINES
An illustration might take a day, or a week to months, we will discuss all of this before work has started.
If something comes up during the process you will be quickly notified and if theres a necessity to meet quick deadlines i will ask a 20% increase on the full price.
(this could mean me skipping school, staying up all night to meet your deadlines, please understand i am no robot.)Customer Rights:

NON PROFIT - Making prints, making stickers, editing for wallpapers, social media icons are all authorized, artist credits are welcomed!Can you use it for commercial purposes?
For PROFIT or commercial purposes, advertisements, products and other for profit uses would demand 100% of base price increase plus artist credits!
According to your sizing if youre making a product with my artwork i will ask for a small % of all sales (industry standard), happy to support small business too!!Credit and authorship:
Crediting the original artist is welcomed but not mandated, if you're using it as a social media icon i totally dont mind, unless its for a brand or for someone with a big influence i would appreciate the credits!
It's not prohibited to credit yourself as the creator for the piece, I can send versions without the watermark but it will almost always be on all of my drawings;
*again additional payments can be made if you demand commercial use or for profit.For non-profit organizations commercial use is not necessary (ad for a campaign, new profile themes) !! also happy to offer discounts and support for non profits ♥️Restrictions on usage by third parties:
I require consent if anyone that is not the client is utilizing the artwork, reselling vtuber models is allowed but artist credits are necessary! I do not want my work involved with hate speech or other problematic persons, and would wish for my own work.Artist Rights:
What rights does the artist retain over the artwork?
Full copyright and ownership unless we agreed and additional pay has been requested to not associate the creator with the artwork!Can the artist display or share the work?
I will display and share the artwork on social media unless we agree on not wanting it, which is totally acceptable! and respectable! I can also not tag you or tag you, if you want to be involved with my socials.Can the artist reuse the artwork?
If allowed i will share and post it on my social media with commission watermarks, unless we agree on also not wanting it, or scheduling a time where i can post it (example: upcoming vtuber model that hasn't been released)Can the artist sell the artwork or variations of it?
NO.Can the artist decline or cancel a commission?
Yes, i will not do certain works and any attempts to manipulate or bypass my TOS will result in a decline or cancelation, if i am asked for a NSFW or an explicit addition to the work in progress i will decline.
